Most travelers who decide to visit the Netherlands have as their main destination the capital Amsterdam, a city full of charms through the numerous canals, it’s true. But if you want to visit Holland at the height of spring, I have the icing on the cake for a unique trip, if you like flowers and being in touch with nature.

Who has never seen those classic photographs: gardens full of tulips, canals with cherry blossoms all around them. Well, Spring in Holland is synonymous with unique landscapes full of flowers and bright colors. In this case what differentiates this spring and these flowers from other places?

Keukenhof (Lisse)

Here’s the reason: Holland has the largest flower park in the world called Keukenhof. It is a unique and majestic park and undoubtedly worth a visit. Visiting the Netherlands in the spring and not seeing this park is almost like going to Rome and not seeing the Pope, anyone visiting the Netherlands in the spring must have this park in the script.
